US Fitness Service Return Policy

Returns procedure:

  1. You must contact Customer Service to get an RMA number.
  2. Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses
  3. Items must be returned within 15 days
  4. Merchandise must be return in original package

Restocking Fees:

  1. A restocking fee of 20 % will be applied to the return.
  2. No returns after 15 days from date of delivery.
  3. Credit will be issued to the purchaser credit card within 15 days after the receiving of retuned merchandise.

Damaged Goods:

If the receiving box is damaged, take a picture of damaged box, note damage on bill of lading, and have driver sign it to acknowledge the damage.

If the shipping box were left at your property or other place, take a picture of damaged box and email it to service@usfitnessservice.com accompanied with the order number.

Call customer service at 847 705-9524 to start claim process.

Return exceptions:

Parts like overlays  are non-returnable if the peel of backing has been removed.

Some other parts/ items might be non-returnable also, but these parts/ items will be marked as such  noted on our Website.

Some parts/products and special ordered items are non-returnable. These items are marked as such on the Website.

Overlays cannot be returned if the peel-off backing has been removed. Must be in “sold as new” condition.
